Booking
How do I book a stay?
We like to make things quick and easy for you. That's why bookings are made online. You can find our best rates and availability on the page 'Booking‘ .
How do I get an invoice?
After each stay, an invoice is automatically issued and sent to the email address you provided when you made your booking. If you have not received an invoice at the end of your stay, please contact us on the 'Contact'.
How do I change/cancel my booking?
Cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date. To do this, simply contact us on the 'Contact'.

How are the keys handed over?
Depending on the accommodation you book, there are several check-in options.
From hand-delivered keys to fully automated check-in, we've thought of everything to make your arrival as stress-free as possible.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
You may check in from 5 pm on the day of arrival and check out no later than 11 am on the day of departure.

What do household linen include?
The household linen includes for each traveler two bath towels.
Other linen provided: Bed linen, guest towel, bath mat and tea towel.
Is the accommodation adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Unfortunately, our accommodation does not always guarantee access for people with reduced mobility.
However, some of our ground-floor accommodation is perfect for disabled travellers without wheelchairs. Contact us for more information.
